This policy explains what personal data TopBambu collects through this website and how it is used. It is written to comply with Brazil’s Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD, Law 13.709/2018) and applies to all visitors of topbambu.com.

Usamos exclusivamente para responder sua solicitação de cotação. Não vendemos, alugamos ou compartilhamos seus dados com terceiros para marketing. Você pode solicitar acesso, correção ou exclusão dos seus dados a qualquer momento pelo e-mail sales@topbambu.com. Base legal: execução de contrato (art. 7º, V, LGPD) e consentimento ao enviar o formulário.
1. Data controller

2. What we collect
- Quotation form data: company, contact name, email, WhatsApp/phone, selected product, quantity, target market and any requirements you write. This is voluntary — you choose to send it.
- WhatsApp and email inquiries: whatever you choose to include in your message.
- Anonymous visit statistics: pages visited, approximate country, browser type, referrer. Collected by a self-hosted statistics tool; we do not use third-party advertising trackers or retargeting pixels.
3. Why we use it (legal basis under LGPD)
- To answer your quotation request and prepare commercial documents — legitimate basis: performance of a contract or preliminary procedures (art. 7º, V).
- To keep anonymous, aggregated statistics that help us improve the site — legitimate interest. Statistics are never used to profile you individually.
4. What we do NOT do
- We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.
- We do not send newsletters or marketing emails; we only reply to what you asked.
- We do not run third-party advertising cookies on this site.
5. Who processes it and where
Your quotation data is stored on our server and delivered by email to the TopBambu sales team. Our email infrastructure is provided by a contracted enterprise email provider acting as an operator under our instructions. Site statistics stay on our own server.
6. Retention
Quotation inquiries are kept for up to 24 months so we can serve follow-up orders, unless you ask us to delete them earlier. Anonymous statistics are kept in aggregate form.
7. Your rights
Under the LGPD you may request at any time: confirmation of processing, access to your data, correction of incomplete or outdated data, anonymization or deletion of unnecessary data, portability, and information about with whom the data has been shared. Write to sales@topbambu.com with the subject line “LGPD request” and we will respond within 15 days.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Quotation form submissions are stored in the site’s private database (not public), protected by authentication, and emailed only to the sales addresses configured internally. No payment data is ever collected — this site has no checkout.
9. Cookies
This site uses no advertising cookies. Technical cookies may be set only where strictly functional (for example, to remember a language preference). You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings without losing access to the catalogue.
10. Changes to this policy
If this policy changes materially, the updated date at the top will change. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
