OEM or ODM, decided early
OEM means you bring the design and we build to it. ODM means you pick from our existing shapes and we adapt the branding. For bamboo tissue boxs, ODM is usually the faster route to a first container: the tooling already exists, so the only new variables are the logo and the packing.
The three branding methods and their limits
Laser engraving gives a permanent mark with no consumable cost, but it reads best on a flat face and cannot do fine gradients. Screen printing gives colour but sits on the surface and wears at the edges. Branded packaging carries the strongest brand impression and the highest MOQ, because it is a print run rather than a marking step. Most buyers combine laser on the article with printed packaging.
Artwork that survives production
Send vector artwork with the minimum line weight stated, and confirm the mark area against the actual face of the article. A logo that fits on a 20 cm plate will not fit on a 15 cm one without rescaling below the legible limit. Approve a physical proof, not a PDF render — bamboo grain varies and the mark sits differently on each face.
Timeline to first branded shipment
Brief and artwork: about a week. Physical proof: 7 days. Bulk production: 25-30 days. Add the branding step before packing, and add transit to Santos and Paranagua. A branded first order is realistically six to eight weeks from artwork approval, which is why the artwork should be settled while the sample is in transit.

The article MOQ is 500 pcs. Branded packaging has its own minimum, which is higher for printed boxes than for kraft sleeves. We quote both so you can see the difference.
Can you engrave our logo on every piece?
Yes, on a face that can take a mark. We confirm the mark area per size before quoting, because the smallest size often cannot hold a wide logo.
Do you sign an NDA?
Yes, before the technical discussion. Design files and buyer-specific tooling stay with the buyer's programme.
Can you pack for retail, including barcodes?
Yes. Send the barcode files and the packing specification; retail packing changes the carton count and therefore the loading plan.
