How we handle documents
Issued per order
Certificates are generated for the production batch that ships to you — batch number, test date and lab name printed on the document. A certificate from another batch proves nothing about yours.
Verifiable numbers
Every test report carries the lab’s report number you can check with the issuing lab directly. We encourage buyers to verify.
Released on request
Full PDFs are sent during the quotation stage, not hidden behind “contact us for details”. Ask in the quote form and they are attached to the reply.
Test reports are ordered against a defined finish and packaging combination per order. We mark each line “pending factory confirmation” until the exact document for the current production configuration is in hand — the same discipline we ask of our buyers. Request the current status of any line via the quote form or WhatsApp and we reply with what exists today.
