Working policies
Sample & pricing
- Sample cost + courier, quoted upfront — credited back on the bulk order.
- Target-price matching: the feasibility note shows what is achievable at 3 tiers, so you can decide with numbers, not promises.
- Quotes valid 30 days (bamboo raw material moves).
IP & confidentiality
- NDA signed before artwork exchange — the same template Brazilian and EU importers already use with us.
- Your artwork, moulds and packaging files are used only for your POs and never shown to other buyers.
- Tooling property transfers to you once the tooling invoice is settled.
Frequently asked
What is the MOQ for custom bamboo products?
500 pieces for logo customisation on catalogue items, 500 sets for retail packaging, 1,000 pieces for custom dimensions, and 300 pieces for ODM adaptations of our existing models.
How long does an OEM sample take?
10–15 working days after artwork approval for OEM; 7–10 days for ODM adaptations. Courier takes 5–8 days to Brazil and is tracked door to door.
Can you match our target price?
We answer with a feasibility note: unit price at three quantity tiers, what drives the cost (material grade, finishing, packaging), and where a design change could save money. If a target is not reachable, we say so at this stage instead of after the sample.
Who owns the tooling and artwork?
You do. Tooling transfers to you once its invoice is settled, and your artwork is contractually restricted to your purchase orders. We can add the clause to the NDA or the sales contract.
Do you ship DDP to Brazil?
We quote FOB Ningbo/Xiamen as standard; CIF Santos and DDP are available on request. For Brazil we provide the NCM code, Mapa phytosanitary documentation support and packing data measured per carton — everything your despachante needs.
What documents come with an OEM order?
Commercial invoice, packing list, B/L, fumigation/phytosanitary certificate where required, food-contact test report for the finish used, and a pre-shipment photo report of the actual production run.
Have artwork ready?
Send it with your target price — the feasibility note comes back within 3 working days.
